Meet Jake Kaiser
I’m Jacob “Jake” Kaiser, founder of High Integrity Mobile Service and an ASE Certified automotive technician with more than 20 years of hands-on experience. After spending most of my career in a traditional repair shop, I started High Integrity Mobile Service to provide professional diagnostics and repairs with a more honest, transparent, and customer-focused approach—brought directly to you.
After many years in the industry, I realized something needed to change. Too often, customers are sold repairs and services they may not truly need, turning vehicle maintenance into pressure rather than guidance.
My goal is to help customers make informed decisions, keep their vehicles safe and reliable, and provide professional diagnostics and repairs directly to customers where it is most convenient.
Maintenance and repairs should be driven by what is genuinely needed for the vehicle and the customer’s goals. If repairs are necessary, I will explain why. If they are not, I will tell you that too.
