Automotive Diagnostics

A warning light or trouble code does not automatically identify the failed part. High Integrity Mobile Service uses professional testing equipment, proven diagnostic procedures, and more than 20 years of hands-on experience to determine the actual cause of your vehicle’s problem.

Our comprehensive diagnostic service includes a detailed report explaining what was tested, why each test was performed, how it was tested, and the results that led to our conclusion. You receive the full picture of what was performed, what was found, and what we recommend—so you can make an informed repair decision.

A Trouble Code Is a Starting Point—Not a Diagnosis

A scan tool can reveal trouble codes and vehicle data, but it cannot automatically determine which part has failed. The same code can be caused by wiring problems, poor connections, mechanical faults, failed components, or issues elsewhere in the system. Proper diagnosis requires testing the system, verifying the fault, and following the evidence before recommending a repair.

Accurate Information Is Essential

Accurate diagnosis requires more than experience alone. We use advanced professional scan tools along with OE-quality service information, including manufacturer testing procedures, wiring diagrams, technical specifications, and service bulletins. Combining accurate information with hands-on testing allows us to follow the evidence, verify the failure, and diagnose complex problems correctly.
